World Suicide Prevention Day
"sunsets are the proof that endings can be beautiful"

WHAT IS SUICIDE?
Suicide is generally committed by one whose depression crosses the peak. This act affects their Family, Community and the Entire Country. Generally such people give us some clues Directly or Indirectly. However, suicides are preventable with timely, evidence-based and often low-cost interventions. Suicide attempts are not Cry for ATTENTION but Cry for HELP.
WHY WORLD SUICIDE PREVENTION DAY?
Every year on 10th September, it is considered as an awareness day for the World Suicide Prevention Day (WSPD) since 2003. The stats every year increases to a new high at a constant growth of suicidal rates. In every 40 seconds a human attempts to suicide himself worldwide. There are lots of reason behind the attempt of it.
Suicide happens throughout the lifespan and it is the second leading cause of mortality rate among 15-29 year olds globally. After the WHO announced the prevention day for suicide within years after at the year 2014 the suicidal rates were still toped the list more than anything.
SUICIDAL BEHAVIOUR AND SIGNS
Every human has to go through lots of emotions and every emotion has an reaction to it. When it comes to suicide a human first endures himself to sadness from the pain that hits him hard. On a severe thought process making himself drowning to the sadness makes him feel depressed. When depression makes him fell no more positive vibes his activities might be some sort of unusual. These behaviours might be the cause to prevent the thought of it- Lack of social support/social isolation, Losses, Aggressive behaviour, Sleep disturbance, Excessive Depression, Loneliness.
PREVENTING SUICIDAL THOUGHTS
It is a very hard process to make someone overcome the sadness and letting him feel so relaxed. Loneliness is the major sign of depression but after their cause of sadness they should have some time to think alone to realise the situation that occured. We as a friend or colleague or neighbour have to understand a person in that mentality to give hands to avoid loneliness and slowly think of what has to be done next. Any material or human emotion cause are majorly leaves us no choice but when we wait patiently with thinking ideally might be useful for some miracle to happen. Many steps we take might take longer to climb but once we cross the hard ones putting all of our efforts to see happiness that your dreams are no longer than before.
Dreams are not always to be dreamt but when we work for its more than an bliss on achieving it. Pain is temporary relief is permanent. We the Prograsprs hoping for the day to come when there is no Suicide prevention day and a day without the term suicide.

Years down the line, when a new generation of fans look back at the history of Indian cricket, they will remember Dhoni as the man who led the country to a World T20 title in 2007, a World Cup title in 2011 and lifted the Champions Trophy in 2013.
